City’s Mobile Office set for Hout Bay Library this Friday

25 July 2024

This Friday, 26 July 2024, the City of Cape Town’s Mobile Office will be taking municipal services to the Hout Bay Library on Melkhout Crescent in Hout Bay. Residents will have access to a wide range of non-emergency enquiries such as rates, sewerage, electricity, water, refuse collections, and all other account enquiries. Residents are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity.

The details of the visit are as follows:

  • Friday, 26 July 2024, from 09:30 to 13:30 at Hout Bay Library, Melkhout Crescent, Hout Bay

The City's Customer Relations Department's mobile team will assist residents with logging queries and service requests electronically. Customers can engage with the City in a wide range of enquiries and all their other account enquiries.

'We hope to see Hout Bay residents and neighbours coming out in their numbers to resolve their municipal accounts or make enquiries on the City's services. This will be an opportunity to also follow up on any outstanding matters a resident might have had with the City. Those who wish to make use of the mobile office services must please remember to bring along their ID or municipal accounts to help ease the process,' said the City's Mayoral Committee Member for Corporate Services, Alderman Theresa Uys.
